Customer-supplied drinkware must be suitable for laser engraving. Because materials, coatings and finishes vary by manufacturer, engraving results can vary. The Winding Roots cannot guarantee the performance of an unknown coating or material and is not responsible for manufacturer defects, coating inconsistencies or unexpected material reactions during engraving.
