Is there a minimum order?

Not at all! We create everything from one-of-a-kind personalized gifts to large group and business orders. Whether you need one special item of 100+, we'd love to help.

How long do custom orders take?

Turnaround time varies depending on the product, quantity and level of customization. Let us know when you need your order, when submitting your request, and we'll confirm availability and timing before your order is finalized.

Can I send you my logo or artwork?

Absolutely! After you submit your custom order request, we'll contact you with instructions for sending your logo, artwork, photos or inspiration. Don't have artwork? That's ok - we can help bring your idea to life.

Will I see proof before you make my order?

Yes. For custom designs that require approval, we'll provide a proof for you to review before production begins. Production will not begin until the design has been approved.

Do you offer bulk or business pricing?

Yes! We love working with businesses, schools, teams, organizations and groups. Pricing depends on the product, customization and quantity. Submit a custom order request with your approximate quantity and we'll put together options for you.

Can you create something if I don't know exactly what I want?

Absolutely. Some of our favorite projects start with just an idea. Tell us the occasion, who it's for, your budget or quantity, and anything that inspires you. We'll help figure out the rest.
