Our Home Sweet Home DIY Door Hanger Kit features dimensional lettering surrounded by layered fall foliage and berry accents for a beautiful wreath-inspired design.
Unlike our pumpkin-focused fall kits, this style gives you a more classic seasonal look that can transition beautifully from early fall through Thanksgiving.
Paint it in rich autumn colors, create a neutral farmhouse palette, or choose colors that coordinate perfectly with your own home.
The wood components arrive unfinished and unassembled, allowing you to paint each individual piece before attaching everything to the 18" round base.
Your Kit Includes: approximately 18" wood round, HOME lettering, sweet script lettering, layered foliage, individual leaves, berry accents and an unfinished laser-cut wood bow.
Important: The finished buffalo-check bow shown in our styled example is for inspiration. The kit includes a wood bow, not fabric ribbon. Paint, glue, greenery, ribbon, brushes and hanging accessories are not included.
Natural variations in wood grain and slight laser-darkened edges are normal.
